The Stan Hacking Concert Band

conducted by

Barry Parsons

We are a local community band of enthusiastic amateur and semi-professional musicians who perform concerts in and around the Exeter area.

Our repertoire includes a wide variety of music styles including military marches, overtures, musicals, movie themes, world music and contemporary compositions.

The Band was founded primarily to raise money for charity and as a result of regular concerts over the years has raised over £345,000 for various good causes (usually local charities, or a national charity with a local connection).

See our “Concerts” page for details of upcoming concerts and click here to sign up to receive news about all our events.

All upcoming concerts have been postponed

In the light of the current Coronavirus situation, all our concerts have had to be postponed. We will advertise new dates for these concerts in due course.

If you have bought a ticket for either concert online through the Stan Hacking Concert Band Ticketsource page, you will automatically be refunded.

If you have bought a ticket at Broadclyst or Pinhoe Surgeries or the CCF Charity Shop, you can be refunded at the place of purchase on presentation of your ticket. Any ticket money that we have been unable to refund by April 10th will be donated to Clyst Caring Friends.

Similarly, for the Lord Mayor's Concert, if you bought a ticket from the Guildhall or Box Office you will be refunded on presentation of your ticket.
